陕北绥德的冬天,早上来一碗热乎乎的羊杂碎,整个人都暖和了。再吃上一个现打的油旋,夹上满满的猪头肉和板肠,咬一口又酥又脆。临近过年,家家户户张罗着贴春联,窑洞窗户上火红的窗花,成串的红枣,小院门前的积雪,千沟万壑的黄土地和高远的天空,让人忍不住要唱一首信天游。要是能再上四十里铺吃一碗地道的羊肉面那就更好了,揪片子筋道,羊肉香味四溢,辛辣的红葱就是陕北特有的味道。
